Local Food Supply: Our extensive range of high quality local produce includes:

• local farmhouse cheeses, milk, yoghurts. Local cheeses of note include Cenarth (Brie, Caerfai & Perl Las), Llanboidy, Pant Mawr (including goats cheese) and Llangloffan. These complement a number of other Welsh and selected international cheeses.
• a wide range of breads including organic bread, spelt & seeded bread and selection of rye, mixed breads and gluten free products.
• organic milk - cows, goats and sheep milk.

• fresh organic vegetables and fruit, and fresh herbs are available on a regular basis.
