Our kitchen makes wholesome, freshly prepared food every day using quality organic ingredients and local Welsh produce:

  • Quiches & Frittata: Freshly prepared quiches, and frittatas served with or without fresh side salads.

  • Warm Savory Counter Bakes: Freshly oven-baked traditional pasties, vegetable samosas, crispy cauliflower & onion bhajis, and vegan sausage rolls.

  • Local Welsh Cheese Counter: Featuring award-winning local Pembrokeshire and Welsh cheeses, including Jemima Blue, Hafod, Baron Bigod, Perl Wen, and Perl Las, amongst others.

  • Daily Seasonal Soups: Homemade meat, vegan and vegetarian soups served hot with fresh local sourdough bread from Crwst. Choose from Lamb Cawl, Squash & Harissa, Mushroom & Miso or Roast Tomato (please check board for availability)

  • Garden Burgers: Garden Bean Burger with Halloumi in a Sourdough Roll and Minty Mayo.

  • Nutribowl: Falafel on top of a bed of Homemade Hummus, Roast Veg, Pickles, Pearl Barley, Olives and Nevern Valley Salad.
